Ok im running windows 2k server for a small HTTP server
(not setup yet) I did a clean basic install on 2k no
webserver options installed yet, and every 5-10min out of
no were my comp stops and goes to a blue screen saying
Physical Memory Dump.

This is the Line:
ADDRESS BFE89C10 Base at BFE7F000, DateStamp 3eafos1d-
NDIS.sys

Whats that mean also how can turn off mem dumps..

Turning off the automatic restart and disabling the dump isn't the
recommended way out as this doesn't tackle the root of the problem.

A blue screen occurs when the system encounter critical error and continuing
excution might incur damages to the system or data. Such issues are
typically caused by device drivers, faulty hardware or misbehave
applications/services.

The NDIS.sys is a network related driver. As a first step, try obtaining an
updated driver for your n/w card. You can also take a look at the Event Logs
which might provide some additional information.

When the blue screen occurs, take note of the STOP 0x number and do a search
at http://support.microsoft.com using "STOP 0xNN" for any known issue and
troubleshooting steps.
