Windows 2K Pro for networking?

I require to build a LAN with 3 subnets. I am considering
using Windows 2000 Pro for the host machines and Windows
2000 Advanced Server for the servers. Can anyone help me
with info on the benefits of Windows 2K Pro?
Any info would be appreciated

Windows 2000 Pro will work fine for a network based client - not sure exactly what
you are looking for and as compared to what? It is a secure NT operating system.
However if you are still in the planning stage I would highly recommend XP Pro [never
Home] instead and Windows 2003 Server. Microsoft.com has extensive information on
