Windows 2K books?

Would someone reccomend a how to book to me about the ins and outs of
Windows 2000 Administration please? I know there are a lot of books out
there, but I also know that some books don't help out one bit. I guess
basically, what is your favorite Windows 2000 Administration book? Thank you
in advance.

Microsoft Press books are good they have good tutorials and stuff.. the one
for 70-215 should be good
