I used to go to windows unhide to find my list of queries to modify.
Now we are updated to 2007 and I cannot find this on the ribbon bar to check
items in an updated database

You can show the database window by clicking F11 and then F11 to sort of hide
it again.

When I try and use F11 I get the error 'Whow Toolbar' macro action cannot be
run in disabled mode. Do you know how to enable this?

I was able to get rid of the error message by putting my path in the trusted
connections, but F11 still does nothing. In my previous database a window
unhide would show my tables etc.

1. Are you sure you have the regular version of Access installed and not a
trial that has expired?

2. Per chance are you opening an ACCDE or MDE file maybe, and not an ACCDB
or MDB file? If ACCDE or MDE you can't get the database window.

I double checked and it is an ACCDB file it used to be an mdb before we moved
it to office 2007.
