Hello:

I have a Windows 2000 Server with Terminal Services
enabled in Remote Admin. Mode. In the Terminal Services
Manager, I am trying to remote control other servers that
have Terminal Services - Remote Admin. Mode installed BUT
the remote control tab is not active.

All Permissions have been enabled in the Active
Directory Users and Computers for the "Remote Control"
Tab. As well, I am the systems administrator with Full
Control.

Any advice would be greatly appreciated.

You can use mstsc to logon to other 2000 Servers with Terminal Services enabled, however you can't remote control the console session of a 2000 server, i.e. interact with someone who's logged onto the console or remotely logon to the server's console session.

in 2003 you can logon to the server's console session by using "mstsc /console".

Start -> Run
Type:

mstsc /console /v:servername
Or:
mstsc /console yourrdpfile.rdp

or make a shortcut.
