If you played your cards right, you could get 180 days of
license-free terminal services. Just setup your terminal
server in application mode. Terminal services will run
fine for 90 days before it _requires_ a license server on
your network. On day 89, setup a license server and
activate it, but don't install your TSCALs. Your license
server will then issue temporary TSCALs to all connecting
clients, and these temporary TSCALs are good for 90 days.
Based on the above information, you should be able to get
pretty close to 180 days of license free terminal services.

Thanks for replying -- I am tring to setup clients who
will use telnet to the go through this server to get to
our mainframe. Accroding to our vendor for the mainframe
it will work, however the instructions they gave me only
sets up thier side of the equation. According to some info
I found after I sent this email. The evavuation version
will allow windows 2000 pc's to connect without a terminal
server cal. Do you belive this is so?
