Can any one help me?

The ...\WINDOWS\Minidump directory is empty.
The MEMORY.DMP in the ...\windows\ directory is corrupt.

Thank you! I will read this guide, but I think one of my main problems is: I
can't analyse the memory dump... Any help es well come!
