Windows 2003 enterprise vs Windows 2003 standard

Ok I don't know this and sorry for asking but what is the main difference
between standard vs enterprice? Is it feature or licenses? For ex, if i
want to purchase a new server for a co, do i get the ent or std when setting
up a new server?

Certificate Authority on Windows 2003 Enterprise. Exchange 2003
(clustering) on Windows 2003 Enterprise, if not doing clustering Exchange
2003 on Windows 2003.)
