Hello.
We have 2 main office servers and 2 remote office running Windows 2003
and active directory.AD is installed and replicated on all servers but
after that there will be no WAN network between the sites for 3 months
so there will be no replication for 3 months. My question is,is there
going to be a problem with the replication after this 3 months period
when we will install the WAN network, will the replication work without
problems?

Thanks.

I personally have experienced a replication problem that can occur when 2
domain controllers are not able to talk to each other for a period of days
equal to your tombstone lifetime (mine is 60 days...I think this is
configurable but maybe not). I had a ton of errors in the File
replicatoin log and the directory service log about replication not
occuring and actually being disabled so as to not replicate old
informatoin from the DC I had just turned on to the one that I always had
on. I had to end up creating a non-default registry key and changing the
value of another in order to force replication to occur again.

I have a test environment setup with 2 DCs each in their own virtual
machine within VMWare and I normally only need 1 running at a time but at
one point I needed both so that's what caused me to run into that
situation. Since I hadn't made any changes ot DC2, forcing replication
wasn't a problem for me as I knew that no bad data from DC2 would be
replicated to DC1.
