windows 2003 Active Directory console

Hi,

I cannot open the Active Directory users and Computers console.
It comes up with the following error.

'MMC cannot open file c:\windows\system32\dsa.msc
This may be because the file may not exist,is not an MMC console, or was
created by a later version of MMC.This may also be because you do not have
sufficient access rights to the file'.

I got through this problem once by deleting my profile, but that trick
doesnt work anymore.

Checked for permission on the mmc as well(dsa.msc).

Any help would be appreciated.

install the Adminpack.msi from the DC on %windir%\System32
