WIndows 2000 Word issue...HELP

When using my footer with automatic page numbering. When
paging down from one to the next my screen shows "Page 1
of 5, page 2 of 5, etc....

When I print it says "Page 1 of 1, Page 2 of 2, etc...

Does anyone know what my problem is?
