Windows 2000 + Windows 2003 Comparrison

What are the improvements in 2003 over 2000? I can find
alot of information about NT4 to 2003, but no reasons for
going from 2000 to 2003.

As long as 2000 continues to meet your needs, i can see no reason to push
the upgrade.
