windows 2000 upgrade?

Can I do a full install with a windows 2000 pro upgrade
cd? I own original win95, win98, win98se cd's, as well as
win2000 pro uprade, but I want to install win2000 on some
brand new computers. do I just need the cd's keys in my
possesion to provide during install, vs. it having been
installed on the computer? thanks for any assistance.

When you do the upgrade, it will ask for your qualifying
product. You just need to insert any of the previous cd's
you have and the upgrade will continue.

The "upgrade" CD and the "full install" CD contain the
same files.
