Windows 2000 Upgrade from Windows 98

Looking for some help with Windows 2000 Upgrade from
Windows 98. I upgraded to 2000 without downloading the
BIOS Upgrade for my Sony PCG-F560 Notebook and now have
issues with running many applications.

Does anyone know how to back out of this upgrade and
return to my Windows 98 OS? Or, how to fix the mess I've
created?

I would SUGGEST flashing (updating) the BIOS first...sounds like you have
NOT done that yet...
