Windows 2000 Updates downloads

Can anyone tell me if I can uninstall all of the "Windows
2000 Hotfix" programs through my control panel -
add/remove programs, once my files have been updated? I
have lots in there..

Uninstall via add/remove does what it says.
It uninstalls any update!
