We have a problem where we got a bunch of new thin clients to replace some
older ones. When these clients connect, they grab a new license(like they
should). The old clients are off the network and gone, never to come back.
Is there a way to recover the TS Cal's from those devices on the license
server so that they can be re-issued to a new client?

Thanks,
Mike

Assuming that you installed those TS CALs *after* installing SP3 on
the TS and the TS LS, those licenses have an expiration date (check
this in TS Licensing Manager!).
If so, you don't have to (and cannot) do anything, the licenses will
be returned automatically to the LS when they expire.

If your TS CALs were installed before SP3, and they don't have an
expiration date, you will have to call the Clearinghouse to get them
re-issued.
