Windows 2000 - Startup

I am using "MSCONFIG" command in win98 for to control
startup programs while windows is booting , is there is
any command to do so in Windows2000,
 
Unfortunately there is no MSCONFIG in Windows 2000.

The MSCONFIG.EXE from Windows XP will work on Windows 2000.
