Windows 2000/SR-4/troubles

I installed from MS website IE 6 - I then needed to
install a Windows update which the latest was Service Pack
4 - after installing all of this when I go to start a
Microsoft Office 2000 program it tells me it needs to be
reinstalled. Can anyone help me I have a presentation in
PowerPoint to make on Thursday at noon and do not know
what to do at this point.

Sounds like the same thing I saw on a lot of upgrades to SP3 or SP4.
The fix is: Start > Run, Type: MSIREGMV.EXE <enter>.
