Would anyone know how to uninstall SP4 for Windows 2000.
The service pack came factory installed. I do not see it
in the add/remove programs box. After researching websites
I found that you need to remove IE6 SP1 before you can see
SP4 in the add/remove. But this did not work.

The Microsoft deployment guide states the following option
too

To remove the service pack by using the command prompt
Open the command-prompt window.
Switch to the %systemroot%
\$NtServicePackUninstall$\spuninst\ folder.
Type Spuninst.exe, and then press ENTER.
Follow the instructions that appear on your screen.

I do not have a $NtServicePackUninstall$ folder.

Any clues.

Thanks in advance.

Hello

You will only have the $NtServicePackUninstall$ folder if they chose to
archive the files when SP4 was applied to the machine.
This is probably why it is not on your workstations.
