WIndows 2000 SP4 freezes during video

Not always but most of the time I try and view a video online my pc
freezes and I have to do a hard reboot. I have looked everywhere for
the answer and cannot find it. Hopefully someone out there knows what
is up with this problem. Thanks in advance.

Depends, maybe, with what you are viewing the video.
Initially check your graphics adapter web site for any updated drivers. NOT
winupdate.
