WINDOWS 2000 SP4 affecting certain PC's only

I have installed SP4 onto 44 PC and only 6 are affected
with the STOP 0x0000001e(0xC0000005 NTOSKRNL.EXE error.
All where installed the exact same way and the one that
are affected have the same hardware and are the same type
of PC. I have other PC's the same with different VGA
cards working fine. All boot okay in SAFE mode but reboot
continuosly with the above error in normal mode. Is it
anything to do with drivers for VGA card or anti virus
software or diskperf monitoring
