Windows 2000 SNMP agent

I'm currently using a 3rd party SNMP library in an
application that uses SNMP V3 messages and traps. Does
the Windows SNMP agent support V3 or is it limited to 2c?

information "Windows 2000 implements SNMP versions 1 and 2C"
