Windows 2000 Service Pack 4 Installation Error...

'an error in updating your system has occurred'...

This is the error I'm getting when installing Windows 2000
Service Pack 4. Anyone have any ideas?

Stop all 3rd party services before installing SP4. I even stop IIS, Exchange
and SQL if that's running.

Hey Luke,

it can be different things the most what i think is you running an illegal
windows version i had the same prob with windows XP when i try it by my
uncle he have a legal windows it was working...
