Windows 2000 Service Pack 4 Express Install for End Users

I have been trying to install this critical update from
the Windows Update site for some time now and have been
unsucessful.

The installation goes all the way through until if reaches
the web location of
http://W2KSP2.microsoft.com/isapi/pstream3.dll/win2000/SP4.
en to finish the installation, but will not go any
farther. It just won't connect with this web location.

Can any help me or advise me on how I can install this
Service Pack without going through the Windows Update site?
