We have an Exchange 2000 box with Windows 2000 SP3 and all
the latest updates. A few days ago we turned the terminal
services service to manual and then restarted the box.
Since then we can't open any of the icons on the desktop.
If we double click My Computer, nothing happens. If we go
to programs, administrative tools and try to open any of
them we get the error "Unable to run this command" and the
window is titled "Windows explorer". We started the
terminal services service and could term in and open
anything. We can also remotely manage ther server through
active directory. Your help is greatly appreciated.
