Well need much more information here. You'll need to vastly elaborate
please.
Can you elaborate on the "2" domain names you have?
Is one of your AD name or are they external web domain names?
If so, is the name intenrally and externally the same?
Are you hosting DNS for your external name too and not your registrar ?
Do you have AD? If so, what is the AD DNS domain name?
Can you post an unedited ipconfig /all of a client and your DC please?
How many DNS servers do you have? If more than one, and you're hosting
external zones, then is one being used for internal zones and the other for
external (recommended)? You can't host internal and external on the same
server.
Are your clients pointing to only your internal server?
Any other relevant information about your configuration and names would be
helpful, as insignificant as they appear to you, may be helpful for us to
help diagnose your issue(s).
