Windows 2000 server & Windows XP migration

I have 25 Windows NT servers & 2000 Windows NT client, 98,
2000 clients. I need to upgrade the servers to 2000 &
clients to Office XP & Windows XP

What is the right way for migration.? Shall i start with
servers or first migrate the Clients ? and why

The only hard steadfast rule in a NT 4.0 to Win 2k migration is the PDC MUST
be the first server upgraded.

I would suggest upgrading the servers first then you can use RIS for the
workstations.
