Windows 2000 Server / Windows 2003 Server - Clients

I have small network (10 users) and a Windows NT 4.0
server and was looking at buying a new server. I have
Windows 98 and Windows 2000 Pro clients. What are the
client requirements for Windows 2000 Server and Windows
2003 Server?? Will the Windows 98 clients still
connect/login to either 2000 or 2003 server?
