I have a Windows 2000 server that I manage and have been having an
increasing problem with Printers all dropping shortly after a Remote
Desktop or Terminal Services session is properly ended from a Windows
XP Pro laptop or Windows 2000 Professional Desktop. Until recently the
problem has been rare but it has been increasing. My client (and
company owner) has come ro heavily rely on using Remote Desktop
features and is very frustrated at this problem.
We have now tracked it down to a few events. Has anyone else had
problems with alll printers being lost or dropped with Remote Desktop
or Terminal Serives users disconnect? All of these probelms have been
exacerbated after some recent power failures.
Any comments or things for me to double check??
