When I start my computer, it comes until the screen where
you see the bar moving to 100% and saying Windows is
starting, press F8...... when it reaches 100% the
computer reboots itself. It stays in that loop.

I have tried to start in safe mode, A.D. recovery mode,
debugging mode, but nothing helps. I have also tried to
repair the installation with the cd-rom, and I have tried
to open the recovery console, but the recovery console
isn't accepting the admin password.

I think it happened after I have changed the NTFS
settings for the A.D. partition. I have changed it to:
administrator- full control
system- read, write & execute

Does anybody knows how I can make my server work again ?

Although I am not positive any of this will help you, I
would start out with troubleshooting your hardware.

The first thing to do would be shut the server down and
reseat every connection that you can find inside the case,
RAM, cables, cards, especially the power cables from the
power supply.

Next up, I would try switching out any parts that you can
easily, mainly RAM and peripheral cards.

If you determine that is definately a drive fault, you
might try 3rd party drive recovery software.

(P.S. if you can contact anyone that would have been
involved in the initial server config, you might have them
wrack their brain for the password that they used on
install, for your recovery console)

Try using a blank password in recovery console. I just
read about this earlier today.

Good luck!
