I recently installed a Windows 2000 Server; it acts as a router for an
ADSL to its intranet. The only problem I've found is that one has to log
in explicitly before the ADSL link can be brought online.

How do I set up the server so that it automatically brings up the ADSL
link on boot-up instead of having to log on?

Thanks

Install and configure ICS or (better solution) install
some proxy server software, there are plently available
freeware on the net. I asume you're not using SBS server
2000? (if so it allready has firewall/proxy server built
in)

I'd rather use a second nic and switch that USB-modem for an Ethernetmodem.
Can you give us the ipconfig/all from the server please?
