AFAIK, there's no way to create a scheduled task using local users that will
"survive" a sysprep. The below articles may help you with your specific
situation.

: Is there a way to schedule a task for all users of the
: same computer? Basically, I want to schedule a task for
: the computer and not the individual users. This will be
