Windows 2000 schedule program at a specific time?

I am using Microsoft Windows 2000 and Office 2000.

I would like to schedule Windows to run an Excel Macro at a
specific time.

How do I do it?

Is there a scheduler program (or something like it)?

You can find help on scheduling the macro by searching help on your computer
for Scheduled task.

If you can find out from an Excel newsgroup how to launch
Excel with an "autoexec" macro then you can use the Windows
Task Scheduler to actually perform the task.
