Hi

I have a 2000 Server running RRAS in my DMZ and it currently has DHCP for
clients. I need to chnage this to use a static pool. This is no problem.
However, I need to ensure that clients will get a suitable DNS entry for the
LAN and also a Gateway IP. These addresses are the same as the ones on the
RRAS box, will these be passed over automatically? Or is there another way i
can do this without the use of DHCP?

yes, you can have the static pool with RRAS's DNS. For more and other information, go to http://howtonetworking.com.

Don't send e-mail or reply to me except you need consulting services. Posting on MS newsgroup will benefit all readers and you may get more help.
