How do I get in Safe Mode? I have tried the F8 key many
times and it does not work....What can I do to get into
Safe Mode??

I can only assume you have no boot menu showing and are pressing F8 at
the wrong time. Perhaps you should change the startup option to show
the boot menu.
System Properties, Advanced, Startup and Recovery,
[x] Display list of...

Or even edit the BOOT.INI to force a Safe Mode boot perhaps. (backup
boot.ini first)
