Hello

I have purchased a PC a number of years ago, running
Microsoft Windows Professional 2000.

I have just lost all my original software. Would it be
possible to obtain copies of the original software from
Microsoft?

If not, what would be the best way to reotain my original
software that is loaded onto the computer?

Cheers

Jeff

Jeff - you'd have to post much more detail about what happened, and what
you get now at boot or whatever, in order to get real help fixing the
problem.

Greetings --

If it was a retail license and you have proof of purchase:

If it was an OEM license, you should contact whomever sold you the
PC; although very few manufacturers/vendors keep records of the
licenses they've sold, it's worth a try before you have to buy a
new license.
