Windows 2000 Professional Service Pak 4

My system (running Win2K) was recently upgraded to include
the Service Pack 4 and ever since I am receiving errors
after boot up. The error is GETPRINTER A has caused an
error in spoolss.dll file??? Any ideas??

I recently read something about this in MS Knowledge base.
Apparently sp4 requires patches!!!

As for my problem, you replied. Use Update.exe. After
expanding the SP4 download and holting the MS istallation
window by not continueing. The i386 folder can be viewed
and update can be started. But this gives an error message
that not all the update files are pressent.
any ideas?
