Windows 2000 Pro shutdown problem.

I have a NEC Express 5800 TM1100 series PC, running Windows 2000
Professional + SP4. The main board is a Micro-Star MS-6119 with an AMI V1.83
BIOS.



When I use <Start> <Shut Down> <Shut Down> <OK> it stops saying: "It is now
safe to turn off your computer"



How can I configure Windows to automatically complete the shut down by
turning the power off?



When I use <Start>, <Shut Down> <Restart> <OK> Windows automatically turns
the power off and the machine re-starts.

Update, installing the latest version of the machines BIOS, corrected the
problem.
