Windows 2000 Pro restarts without warning

Hello everyone,
My Windows 2000 Pro SP4 machine restarts without warning at least 5 times a
day.
I looked up the event viewer and this what it says (the same message every
time):

Source: SaveDump
Event: 1001

The computer has rebooted from a bugcheck. The bugcheck was: 0x0000001e
(0xc0000005, 0xbfeaed16, 0x00000000, 0x00000000). Microsoft Windows 2000
[v15.2195]. A dump was saved in: C:\WINNT\Minidump\Mini091203-07.dmp.

I think Visual Studio .NET 2003 has some kind of conflict with Win2000 Pro.
As soon as I open the VS environment the computer shuts down.

Any suggestions???
