Windows 2000 Pro Firewall?

I have a Win 2000 Pro machine set directly on the
Internet. When I enable the "IP Filtering" in my network
settings, then ALLOW port 80 for TCP, I can't resolve any
sites. Is it because I don't also have the DNS port
allowed?

I would scrap that idea and get either a hardware or software firewall
solution. Here's one where the price is right.
