Windows 2000 Pro commemorative edition vs Windows 2000 Pro retail?

Is there any difference besides the packaging? both versions have the same
ISBN: B00003JAU7.

Microsoft has produced commemorative discs as part of release ceremonies --
I have not heard of any instance where they were actually "editions" for
sale. The disc contents are presumably the same as the ones that are shipped
to retail.
