My windows 2000 PC Will boot up to the W2K splash screen
then get a really quick flash of a Blue screen I can not
read, then just reboot. I dont think it is a virus. The HD
was partitioned into C and D but when I Boot from the W2K
CD and got to the DOS prompt it only showed C as HD and D
and E as my two CD drives. If I boot from the W2K CD and
run FDISK /MBR will it repair the boot record?

You cannot run 'fdisk /mbr' from Recovery Console, the actual command is
'fixmbr'.
Have you tried Safe and LKGC modes already? If you can get the Desktop,
disable autorestart in case of error (System Properties/Advanced/Startup and
Recovery).
