Hi Nicky,
If you're talking about the Windows Administrator password, you'll need to
either log in as a user with adminstrative rights and reset the password via
the Users & Groups applet, or rebuild the system (if you don't have any sort
of administrative password).
If you're talking about a BIOS password, how to reset it will depend on the
hardware. On some system boards, a particular jumper (usually jumper-15) can
be removed and replaced to reset the BIOS password.
There are also some websites out there with information on how to reset BIOS
passwords for particular BIOS manufacturers / revisions, such as
