Windows 2000 Japanese MUI

If I have the English win2k.. and install the Japanese MUI, does it
mean I have all the onscreen menus, application softwares all in
Japanese like the Dialog boxes, Help, etc.and applications or only
helps you to write in Japanese with MS Office only.

It means that you will have (almost) all *Windows* dialogs, help, buttons...
in japanese. Other applications won't be affected. MLP (languages packs) for
office exists too...
