Windows 2000 Freezes at startup.

My Windows 2000 freezes at startup where it says starting Windows. Anyone
know why and how to fix it?

Does it start in Safe Mode - F8 during the boot process - or last good
config?

Problem solved.

Turns out the Hard Drive is failing.
