Windows 2000 Error Hit By TROJAN

HELP! my pc was hit by TROJAN HORSE virus. I used norton anti-virus to do a
full scan but there was a particular file named "ae1af.dll" couldnt be
deleted.

Now everytime i switch on my pc before i can log into windows, ti will promt
me for windows 2000 cd saying windows could not continue to run properly
because of unknow files being taken over or such.

But my internet explorer works fine and i also realised that my norton
anti-virus is not working too.

So how and what must i do to counter the problem whenever i log onto my pc?
i have win2k cd but nothing seems to work.

and MSN messenger also couldnt work as well.....

Just Start in Safe mode and locate the file and delete it, I get these
sometimes, also delete the entry from the registry

or stop it running using
