Windows 2000 Domain control

By allowing certain users to add computers to the Windows 2000 Domain, is their a way to just allow them to add workstations and not servers ?

It´s not possible so far as I know. How ever there is a Operative System
Attribute of the Computer Class. May there is a solution to do some thing
with that.
