windows 2000 cannot show desktop after service pack 4 instalation

Please !
when I boot in safe mode the desktop load!
everthing is working fine! but the desktop dont load!
 
Hi

Have you tried this:

- When having started up, press Ctrl+Esc

- then choose "run..."

- In the "Run" Windows, type explorer.exe


- > Does the Desktop appear now?

Thks, but when I press ctrl+esc there are no response!
When I press ctrl+alt+del and clicl on task manager and
click file --> new task I can´t do anything because the
task manager close!!!!
There are no event viewer!
