A new installation of Windows 2000 professional with SP3
randomly reboots. The reboot may happen after several
minutes or several hours.
The event log reports:
The computer has rebooted from a bugcheck. The bugcheck
was: 0x00000050 (0xffffff80), 0x00000000, 0x804349ed,
0x00000000). Microsoft Windows 2000 [v15.2195]. A dump was
saved in C:\WINNT\Minidump\Mini092303-01.dmp.
The system has an AMD 500 processor with 128Mb RAM and
10Gb hard disk.
Connected via LPT1 is an epson printer and via a USB port
a primax scanner.
Other than the operating system the only additional
applications installed are:
MS Office 2000 SR-1
Adobe Reader Ver5
Roxio CD Creator
McAfee Antivirus
When the last reboot happened the only applications
running other than the antivirus was the operating system
supplied game Pinball.
Any assistance greatly appreciated.
