I have a VPN set up between a Windows 2000 and Windows
2003 Server. Both Servers are in their indiviual AD.
There's a 2 way trust relationship between both domains
and Wins and DNS services are replicated between the two
Domains.

I'm unable to browse the resources from one network to
the other. Any thoughts as to why and how to fix it?

The fact that they are linked by VPN shouldn't make any difference. The
link should just look like a (slow) IP router, and the normal conditions for
browsing across a router should apply. Each site builds a browse list using
broadcasts, and these lists are merged by a Domain Master Browser ( using
WINS to find the segment browsers).

You can use the browstat utility (from the support tools) to see what
the browser service is doing. Make sure Netbios over TCP/IP is disabled on
all interfaces except the private NICs of the servers (to prevent multiple
entries in WINS and the old NT multihomed PDC problem).
